Micah Wayne Elggren is in the third year of a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Public Policy program at the George Washington University. He earned Bachelors of Arts degrees from the University of Utah in Political Science and Behavioral Communication. Micah currently works for the United Nations at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He enjoys racquetball and running.
Lisa Pettibone is a third-year Master of Public Administration student at the Trachtenberg School. Her concentration is in international environmental policy. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production from New York University. In addition to her work at Policy Perspectives, Lisa also works at the U.S. Department of Energy, and has experience at the U.S. Senate and the German Bundestag. After she graduates, Lisa plans to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail.
