Jeff Williams is in the dissertation phase of the PhD program at The George Washington University. His academic areas of interest include intellectual property, the role of politics in science, and science policy in general. Jeff comes to the world of science policy following a career in the IT field, itself preceded by an undergraduate focus on Russian history. Currently, he serves as the North American Administrator for the journal Science and Public Policy. He also is a TA for the Masters of Public Policy and Public Administration Capstone classes, and is finishing out a grant from the National Science Foundation.
